I efiled for AP renewal on Nov10 in NSC. Has anybody got the AP after filing around this time frame. Have to travel to India by the end of January. plz help.

It will import Adobe Illustrator files. I know that for sure.. that and as mentioned about 3ds files. I really don't know if it will do any others.

Has anyone traveled to India by Virgin Atlantic connecting to Jet Airways at London ?
The ticket is from Virgin Atlantic (through ticket, Jet is their Code Share) .
For baggage rules, Virgin website says --
"Any passengers travelling from India to the USA, (and vice-versa), with Virgin Atlantic for their entire journey, which involves a connecting flight via London Heathrow, will be entitled to an additional bag up to 23kg ."
I sent them an email before ticketing and they replied I am entitled to two piece.
When I contacted them after ticketing , they say I am entitled to one piece. Logic was London - Mumbai is by Jet Airways (but my argument is the ticket shows VS flight number).
Does any one have any experience ?

I am working on Windows 7 based application development in Silverlight. I have not been able to find a way to play a an audio file in windows 7 phone. I have been googling it since past few days but i could not get any solution of that. There is a class in C# with name SoundPlayer but i guess its not available in Windows 7 Phone.
Can anyone please help?

I recently graduated and got a job. I am currently working on OPT and the application for my H1 has been filed. I am looking at applying to some graduate schools for their online programs for working professionals. If I apply for these programs right now will my OPT be void?If my F1 changes to an H1 in October will I still be able to apply for the program without any issues?

I have applied for my I-485 in July 2007. A false DV case was filed against me by my ex-wife in January 2008 which was dismissed with prejudice in the court. I have all certified copies from court.
Now I got I-485 first interview letter from USCIS which is scheduled in Detroit.
Can I attend by myself or do I need to attend with a lawyer?
Could you guys advice me..

We should think of starting this thread to organize bus rides from Texas. If we use U.S. Coachways, which is in most major cities, we could potentially have buses leave from the major metros (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin) or two or more buses leaving Houston and San Antonio in the south and picking up more people as they make their way north to Dallas and Austin.
